This page covers the minimal information currently collected through the Vaytric site. It is a practical operating statement, not a long legal fiction.
We currently collect your email address, selected role, the site source value, and inferred country metadata provided by Cloudflare at submission time. We use this only to review beta demand and contact you about Vaytric-related updates or access.
Contact submissions can include your name, email, organization, inquiry type, message content, source value, and inferred country metadata. We use this only to review and respond to your request.
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database managed for this site. We keep the collected data limited to what is necessary for beta intake and contact handling.
We do not publish or sell your submissions. Access is limited to the operators managing the project, hosting, and response flow.
We use first-party analytics for basic site operations. That currently includes page views, major CTA clicks, and successful form submissions. We are not using third-party ad-tech or cookie profiling for this site at this stage.
If you want your submission removed or corrected, use the contact page and reference the email address you submitted with.
Vaytric is still in early-stage development. This page will be expanded as the product, support process, and regional compliance posture become more formal.
